Renee and Tim surprised me for my birthday and flew into town. Seriously...biggest surprise of my life! Wow, I can't believe they all kept it a secret...especially since soooooo many people knew about it! I'm very impressed with everyone! They flew in Friday, rang the doorbell, stood off to the side so I couldn't see them, and had the video camera rolling. I didn't see anyone at the door, but I was waiting for Ryan's "package" so I figured Fedex must have dropped it off and left. I opened the door and there was Tim with his camera pointing right at me. In the meantime, I was on the phone with Liz and slowly looked to my left - saw Renee and immediately screamed at the top of my lungs...poor Liz's ear as I was still on the phone with her ;) I was so shocked and excited and just in awe that Renee and Tim were at my doorstep!
We made a yummy seafood/fish dinner at home that night. Ryan planned a weekend away for all of us in Lake Chelan with a little yummy wine tasting. Check out the pics below -
